Had lunch in Central...then went to shopping and buy presents for exchange with @minloulou!! Back home at 11pm, did plank and leg raise x 20!
The muscle near stomach have pain feeling...try my best to do more and start my diet!!
好開心跟朋友跟@minloulou 在中環吃午飯! 然後回公司上班, 下班就去了跟迷路一起搭天星小輪到尖沙咀逛街買禮物跟朋友交換! 吃了韓國菜...又吃了Lady M蛋糕!十分開心滿足 :)
晚上回家做了Plank跟仰臥抬腿20下....肚子附近的肌肉有點痛!
看來我真的需要節食了..哈哈
