My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2018
Today started off nice and early after a good night of rest. Started off as usual with a good Steem Session! I like to catch A few good blogs first thing like Exyle, Taskmaster4450, and Dave Dickey's #themorningbowl
Then off to work. I open a gym twice per week 6am-9am. I enjoy it alot.
Used the elliptical and did 1/3 of my weekly weight lifting routine.

After my surgery in Aug I have been down on my activities. I hope from Jan onwards I can get back to my normal regimes.
Wishing you a good recovery. I have not had surgery but am also recovering it is quite a journey. Go slow! And, don't give up! 🙏🎶💜
