I can not say enough good things about spring!
The breeze, the smells, the temperature. There's nothing like falling asleep to the sound of frogs 😍
So glad to have so many good things mixed into the complexity of healing and relationships. Oh my goodness. I am having difficulties with my trainer. I think the intensity of the stress is causing numbness in my fingers. It's weird.
Hoping to have time to talk with my psychologist about it tomorrow. I need help sorting this out.
Been busy cooking. Between cooking and eating food always helps. This is beef stew. If only you could smell this! Enjoyed a nutritious cup of broth for lunch! Yummo.
