My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2019

Hoy ha sido un día largo de vuelta al trabajo después de un finde de 3 días. Aún así después del día en la oficina he hecho los deberes y he bajado en bici a hacer el entrenamiento que veis en la foto. Gabriel a tope ha estado muy bien, con parte de fuerza y parte de cardio.

Luego ha tocado visita al fisio de cada para tratar la espalda y los cuadriceps.

El roller me ayuda un montón, sobretodo cuando se me carga el piramidal.
