My Actifit Report Card: January 10 2019
Hi everyone here is my daily activity tracking report and I cover 10000 steps before 10:00 am by going out for jogging. And now a days I feel myself healthy and fit. And at morning this is the good time for keep fit and fine and morning fresh air is good for health. I use to cover 10000 steps before 10:00 am coz this is my #automaticwin challenge after that came home and just spend my time at home only. After that at evening I went outside at 4:30 pm and just went to market with my friend and buy the shoe after that I just walked here and there and came to my friend shop he closed and we went for our evening walk. Nothing much for today but we just have a awesome day today thank you everyone and good night.
