Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin needed in minute quantity by the body. It usually comes in varieties of color.

Functions of Vitamin -A in the body

-Helps to correct night blindness or any disease related to the eye.

-Vitamins A helps to keep the regulatory of the eye organs.

-Vitamin A improves good eye sight.
