Balamban, Santa Cruz Cebu Road Trip until Cambuhawe Spring Pool

A nice day to go to an adventure. My Family planned to go to this place and relaxe for 3 days. It was so amazing to travel in a place you haven't been before. The sorrounding was new to us and the settlers as well. We departed at 9:00 AM in the morning and arrived at 2:00 PM in the afternoon. We've been to a lot of places before reaching our destination. Liloan, Consolacion, Mandaue City, Cebu City, Talisay, Minglanilla, San Fernando, Naga, Toledo and Balamban.

When we arrived we looked for a place to stay and find some foods to eat to fill our starving stomach.

After a long way of traveling we finally reached our destination and rested our weary bodies. My kids were still so active and lively even though it took us 5 hours to travel from Liloan to Balamban with changing climates. We took our rest in this apartelle. This apartelle is easy to find, for as long as you reach Balamban Santa Cruz at its first entrance bound and just approximately 50 meters from the entrance bound this apartelle welcomes you and meets you.
Their rooms are pricing from 800 - 1200 depending on the room's size. Only two persons are allowed for every room. For the excess persons/person you need to pay 200 for each.

We actually almost forgot to eat for lunch due to our tired bodies. It felt like starvation didn't exist at this moment. But after we got our energy back, things turned out differently, our stomach are calling to grind for something. Since it was our first time we need to look for a place to eat and luckily just approximately 40 meters away from the apartelle we saw a restaurant.

Balamban, Santa Cruz Senyang

Senyang has a lot to offer with an affordable price and tasty foods. A convenient place due to its clean atmosphere. We took our time eating the foods we've ordered. It was really a starving moment but we need to eat them slowly in order to taste the depth of its flavor. Our patience paid us well, because the foods were really good. Senyang is a popular restaurant in Santa Cruz. A lot of locals are saying that there are no other restaurants better than Senyang in Santa Cruz. Indeed as what as I have tasted Senyang is really a good and convenient restaurant. Our hungry stomach meet its good food to grind.

After filling our stomach we went out from the restaurant and tried to look for some place to enjoy our day.

As we tried to look for a place to enjoy our day we actually can't resist the view from the outside just across Senyang. The church of Santa Cruz.

We took our time walking around the church's area. Took some pictures of it and enjoying its beautiful structure and design. We spent the rest of our time in the afternoon in here, before we went back to the apartelle.

The next day is the day we've all been waiting for. The main purpose why we get ourselves in Balamban Santa Cruz is to experience the cold water of Cambuhawe Spring Pool.

Folks say that Cambuhawe was named after the calamity happened many years ago. A hurricane struck and hits this place which made an opening to a spring that flows passing this area. Due to its cold water, some foreigners funded the construction and comprised with the locals to let the pool be a common to everyone except for the parking fee and Cottage.
