Unfortunately, there is no better solution to promote things that help the blockchain.
Advertise only promotes services and communities that help the blockchain. We are hoping to receive many users from communities that support and help grow minnow bloggers or services that provide free support to smaller posters. By doing this, we can indirectly encourage more of a community feel on Steemit, promoting upvoting great posters and eventually pushing people away from using bidbots to grow. While we might drain the rewards pool in the short term, less minnows will need to use bidbots themselves and will be able to receive legitimate upvotes and readers without paying for it if all goes according to plan.
In fact, our discord has a room named #curationkiwi where you can use the command !upvote (post) to receive free upvotes on your post. We established this to go with the narrative that we want to help grow minnows and natural reader activity.
Thanks for your explanation. For this platform to survive it is essential to move away from paying bid-bots. Steem is sorely lacking a good community spirit right now. This is sad because this wasn't always the case. Good luck to you.
