What went on with Aeron ARN cryptocurrency today? Pump and Dump?

Aeron ARN coin went up about 500% today at around 11am est, its up only 340%. I couldn't find anything on twitter about it, but found the website off of coinmarketcap.com and saw that it's a blockchain ledger for aerospace safety sounds like a great idea, just wondering what rumors or news anyone is hearing about this company. Not going to buy in during FOMO, but maybe see what the future holds for this idea.
