Josh Friedman interviews Zahir, a 15-Year-Old Afghan boy from Kabul who is currently a migrant worker in Southeastern Turkey near the Iranian border. The teen explains why he left Afghanistan and what he is doing in Turkey. He also describes his journey between the two countries.

Recorded on August 12, 2021, three days prior to the fall of Kabul to the Taliban. Filmed near the town of Muradiye in Turkey's southeast.
