Gaff pleads guilts and receives 8 week suspension

Gaff explained that he intended to strike brayshaw in the chest. But the tribunal felt that his action was "ferocious in its impact and grave in its consequences"

Gaff will miss the rest of the season as well as all of the 2018 finals and more games next season.

    It'll be interesting if he finds himself at Melbourne. Angus Brayshaw was pretty scathing in a radio interview earlier.

    yeah, I think we've seen his last game as an eagle. I think probably this will speed up that decision.
