Drill 8 - Turning with the ball

Hi guys, here’s drill 8. Don’t forget to check out the key points below

In the video below their are 4 turns which should help you retain the ball under pressure.

  • Maintaining a low position when turning which will provide you security
  • Accelerate away once the turn has been completed to gain space between you and the opposition
  • This can be done as slow as you like until you have successfully learnt how to turn effectively
  • Always practice with both feet
