Andre Gray Football Academy will reward your skills
I want to highlight this fantastic new Steem initiative that has been launched by premiership footballer Andre Gray!

The aim is of the initiative is to attract and reward younger football enthusiasts from disadvantaged backgrounds. They are encouraged to undertake football skill tasks (or 'drills') set by Andre himself, on camera.
The first step in the process is the to watch the videos, understand the demonstration - and then to take video of yourself or a friend doing the skill/drill that is set by Andre.
You then submit your video/blog using the portal at http://www.agfacademy.com - and you will be rewarded from the @agfa account for your efforts.

Neat idea right?
I think this is excellent for, but not limited to, these 4 reasons:
It encourages users to actively engage with the platform with videos and blogs (something most would agree is perhaps lacking a bit at the moment)
It helps disadvantaged people from across the world to be rewarded for doing what they love.
Andre Gray is seen to be investing in to Steem and supports a philanthropic cause.
It potentially attracts new users to the platform to sign up, especially sports fans.
Enabling and pioneering this project is the talented and innovative @oracle-d team.
They endeavour to bring new outside investment in to Steem, and are using fantastic ideas to bridge the gaps.
