Some of the challenges faced are the hardship of becoming a professional footballer and the lack of encouragements or supports. Thus, those who are talented football players have lost motivation and also become pessimistic of their football career.

Login your Steem account into Andre Gray's Academy portal through Steemconnect.
Click on See available drills and post your video
Watch any of the drills, record yourself practicing or rehearsing the drill and give a shout out intro or outro to Andre Gray. Upload your video on YouTube, then make a post with your video link and invite football lovers to join. Once published, you will get an upvote on the post from Andre Gray's academy which will be credited into your Steem account wallet in 7 days. The reward you receive depends on the quality of your video.
