Artificial Intelligence use cases for Retail Industry

Here in this post, we will be sharing about four ways how EA is changing the retail industry the retail industry in particular has been the most dynamic and ever-changing interest rate and how AI is helping the retailers to get closer to the customers.

The first one is the the digital card which when you see a digital card on various ecommerce website like amazon.com ebay.com walmart.com you would see different products as well as the recommendation so the recommendation engine of these products are driven by the data, which is then sucked up with some machine learning algorithm which are part of the statistical analysis the second use case for the artificial intelligence.

How it's helping retail is the sentiment analytics when a new product is launched in the market looking at the reactions the video analytics of the user reactions of those products

How they pick it up from the shelf and what kind of reaction they gave to the product also determines the product how its is received by the customer and mind you this is not an investment which is a waste it's an investment which takes you closer to the customer

The third use case which I'm going to talk about today is about the video analysis the odd augmented reality of AI artificial intelligence which help customers without having to go into the changing room

This can be done by checking out the the retail store for Apparel's but looking at an augmented reality they can try out different outfits on themselves to see how they look and be ble the to select the best

 

Last but not least, is the ecommerce platform have a small thing which is missing from an old-fashioned in-store shopping is that human touch and there are lot of AI assistant the chat parts the robots which are helping to bring back that human touch

 

You will notice when you are shopping at a store you would see people interact with people and that is where the chat part and the robot comes into picture when you can chat and you can talk to them and you know get that shopping experience not only this.

 

In summary, this is how AI has helped and changed the way shoppers around the world are doing their shopping or getting products or utilizing ecommerce websites.
