I had 10K of these at one point - sold most of them when it pumped and I have verge to thank for a good chunk of my steem holdings.

I seem to remember it being manipulated by one individual a while back who now holds stupid amounts of it.

It really opened my eyes to the dangers of crypto. This situation probably holds true for many alts of course!
