Tasteless things ..

Compare cake and organisation structure.... Top of the cake is always very buttery, creamy, polished, Sweet, decorative, stylish, showy is always changing for variety of cakes....

But it is supported and decorated on bread which is soft, spongy and strong, Efficient, hard enough to hold the buttery sweet. Spongy layer joins hand to hand to support and hold upper layer....it is not polished, or decorative but needs proper mixing of ingredients to form the strong layer. Middle level bread is strong and to form strong base, middle level....proper direction, input and joint efforts is needed to bring best output, ideas, strategies, progress....

Changes are part of life. Changes in ingredients can make cakes best or worst taste..... If changes makes you uncomfortable than further changes are required and previous changes to be evaluated.

Its very easy for us to point out for the cause... But point out is always done when it needs a change.

Politics, policy, procedures are always made by those who want things their ways.... They never give pleasure in taste as cake and work has to be done the way it is done and people demands..... Bullying, bossy, direction less, messy, wrong ingredients makes the taste..... Tasteless.
