Hello everyone!

Yeah! It is day 4 in this #albumchallenge initiated by @tkappa. I actually enjoy brainwashing people about music so I perceive this challenge as a great opportunity to let everyone know about some dope artists I've been listening to throughout the years. Time to do it again, let's get down to business.

This time I present you Velvet Revolver with Libertad, which is the second and final official album of the American hard rock supergroup. Libertad was released on July 3, 2007 by RCA Records and was followed by a South American tour with Aerosmith for promotional purposes. This masterpiece sold more than 92000 within the first week of release, however it was not as commercially successful as their first album titled Contraband. Who cares what the masses think though?

For those of you who know, I don't really think I need to point out the reasons why I love this band and their albums. This is a legendary supergroup and unfortunately they won't be making any new music. Let's hope one day in the future they find a suitable frontman and start rocking some shows! And maybe make another album? Why not? That would be awesome. Even though late Scott Weiland is definitely irreplaceable, it would be awesome to see this music gang back together.
