Alien Conspiracy Theory - 3

Hey, Steemit Community. In this post, I will be discussing one of the most infamous Alien Sightings in the world. It was the one in Washington DC, 1952. The reason for why it is so infamous is because of a number of people who saw it and the location of the event.

At around 11 pm, Washington DC time, a guy by the name of Edward Nugent witnessed 7 unidentified blimps on his radar screen. It seemed weird to him at the time because there were no aircraft that were said to be flying through this area. Nugent called his superior, Harry Barnes, to come and look. Together, they watched the mysterious objects dart across the sky. They even checked to make sure the radar was working properly. Nugent and his boss checked with the control tower and learned that both controllers in the tower had also seen the blips. They called nearby Andrews Air Force Base, where controllers also saw strange objects on their radar screens. As you can tell this is no hoax or misinterpreted event, 3 places with radar had clearly witnessed these odd 7 blimps.

Now that is all from the control towers, but from the ground, it was a different story completely. From the ground you could actually see these 7 blimps in the sky, hovering over The White House. From images and videos that I have watched, it seems to be quite evident that this is a definite Alien Sighting. This sighting also made newspaper headlines around America. A typical example was the headline from the Cedar Rapids Gazette in Iowa. It read "SAUCERS SWARM OVER CAPITAL" in large black type.

It is probably the most known sighting and the most famous Alien sighting of all time. This incident actually caused the Air Force to become involved. They tried to chase the unidentified objects, but the fighter jets were too slow and the 7 blimps vanished but returned a few days after.
