A CONSTITUTIONAL APPROACH TO HUMAN ADVANCEMENT THROUGH POETIC JUSTICE AND SOCIETAL REFORMATION

A poor knowledgeable man sought pleasure in finding understanding. One day understanding rose before him in the form of wisdom. Wisdom formed wealth. Intangible notions of love, compassion, sympathy, determination, skill, honor, and empathy enumerate wealth. The warm connection between life and nature that flourishes by devotion of time and emotion ensures continual existence in the concept of love. As intellectual beings, we interact and identify with other individual’s trials and tribulations causing us to be sympathetic to friends and strangers alike. In specific, these experiences instill beliefs and values that individuals are determined to passionately promote in societies ensuring the persistence of the general health, safety, and well-being of all. Special abilities are inherited through experiences and interactions that define an expansive set of skills shaped by understanding the historical precedent. The individual appreciation for the collective skills earned through the devotion to others acknowledges self-worth and respect in the form of honor. Furthermore, the realization that all life’s excellence is valuable allows individuals to relate to hardships and tragedies by extending warmth and care to others experiencing adversities. Thus, by exercising these intangible notions consistently then society is rewarded by tangible acts of wealth producing a higher standard of living.
“He who follows righteousness and mercy finds life, righteousness, and honor.”
Proverbs 21:21
“I have called my tiny community a world, and so its isolation made it; and yet there was among us but a half-awakened common consciousness, sprung from common joy and grief, at burial, birth, or wedding; from a common hardship in poverty, poor land, and low wages; and above all, from the sight of the Veil that hung between us and Opportunity.”
“It is, then, the strife of all honorable men of the twentieth century to see that in the future competition of races te survival of the fittest shall mean the triumph of the good, the beautiful, and the true; that we may be able to preserve for future civilization all that is really fine and noble and strong, and not continue to put a premium on greed and impudence and cruelty.”
W.E.B. Du Bois. The Souls of Black Folk. New York: Barnes and Nobles Books, 2003. 53, 117. Print.
