The museum is known as the Interactive Museum Labyrinth of Sciences and Arts located in the heart of Mexican city, San Luis Potosi and was inaugurated in the year 2008 on 4th September. The building was designed by architect Ricardo Legorreta within the Tangamanga I Park. The museum is known for its science exhibit along with display with art and technology. Along with a large labyrinth patio, the museum facilities are spread across inspired by art, technology, and science. The museum has a tower that is used as an observatory and allows the visitors to see stars.

There are different exhibition rooms that bring different aspects of nature, science and technology to live. One of the rooms is dedicated to the universe and space while the other one is about various technological networking and connection. The museum also houses social service by the participation of the Huachis in the labyrinth, huachis are students in the age between 18 and 25 years who help in sharing experiences and extend social services with the public and the visitors. There is a digital planetarium inside the museum which shows constellation, sky and about the stars. The Oceans 3D room inside the museum premiers about underwater life bringing out stories from least explored places on Earth. The film hours is showcased on different days in different timings.

The museum promotes a number of education programs and visits for the school children to help them learn more about science and technology. The labyrinth helps in strengthening the learning of the students and booking a package for the labyrinth is pretty easy. The packages and cost involved are different for different educational levels. With hands of practical knowledge and practical understanding, the museum definitely opens the door for a brighter future in science and technology for students.

The temporary exhibition has many interesting objects, and one of the most prominent attractions is magnetic snails marked by a large horizontal circle of metal placed with magnetic chips on the inside. The spirals are a representation of matter in the universe that includes snails, galaxies, DNA, etc. Be it physicals or study of the galaxy, there are a number of things to witness and enjoy within the labyrinth. Being one of the most prominent museums, the hours of operations are from 11 am to 4pm on Monday, from 9 am to 4 pm from Tuesday and Friday and from 11 am to 6 pm on weekends.
