While in the Northern part of Phoenix, Arizona, you'll not have to ask again for where Musical Instruments Museum is located. Since April 2010, the Phoenix's number one attraction, according to TripAdvisor, has been showcasing instruments and music of cultures from most, if not all the cultures from around the globe! Stay tuned.

Its Brief History.

Established in 2010, this unique museum was founded by Robert J. Ulrich, a former CEO of Target Corporation, alongside his ally Marc Felix. The idea came to them after they had paid a visit to another Musical Instrument Museum in Belgium, and another in Paris. The design of these two acted as the inspiration to tge current MIM in Phoenix. And there it is!

What's inside?

I can spend the whole day listing them. No kidding. I can't list by name over 15,000 musical instruments alongside their related objects! They come from every known inhabited continent of the world, with most of them coming from the large countries like China, India, U.S, ... you list them. As a guest, you can both experience and view the instruments. I mean, learning how to play and actually playing the instruments is allowed. Forgive me for not saying it earlier that the Artist Gallery is another highlight that shouldn't be left out. Renown musicians appear at Phoenix's MIM to play the musical instruments. People like Maroon 5, Taylor Swift, Wanda Jackson, Ramsey Lewis, Jordin Sparks and many more others appear there to entertain you as a guest. 200 concerts each year! Don't be worried of where to sit while watching all this. There's a 299-seater theatre just meant for that. What an experience!

Dont forget that there's an absolutely free parking too.

Hours.

The museum operates all days, with no exceptions for Christmas and New year holidays. In fact, these are the days when the experience is best. In addition, they operate from 9 a.m to 5 p.m, apart from the holidays when the hours change.

Nearby resorts.

Are so many. The popular aaward-winning cafe allegro is here! More places to get a rest are just nearby, at inly a stone-throw distance.

Contact them.

You can call them: 480-478-6000, or visit their website: mim.org.

I beg to leave.

... but let me say this first: Musical Instruments Museum is the place to be. For me,I rate it a five star, though ut deserves even more. Organise a journey to the place and get the whole experience on your own. You'll have to look for me again just to say "thanks", for this information. Good luck anyway.
