On the way that heads for Puebla, or to be more precise, situated on the Zaragoza Avenue, nestled between the Guelatao and Penon Viejo metro stations, the local families and the tourists can easily locate the welcoming gates of the spa and water park, Balneario Elba. This place is a perfect destination for families who want to spend some good time in peace and tranquility with one another in order to overcome their urban related stress. The place houses a wading pool for the kids, slides, green, lush areas that serve as playgrounds and sporting fields and six additional pools for a good lot splashy fun.
The admission charges for adults and children vary with the passing of time; at present, it is 80 pesitos for adult and seventy for kids. The entrance of the spa is very attractive, it is adorned with fluorescent cardboard that looks like sic glass. Also, the families equip themselves with everything as they enter through the gates including ham sandwiches, boiled eggs, containers of cream cheese and sweetened yogurt so that they can spend a fun-filled encapsulated picnic with one another.
Also, the spa offers lunch and snacks menu, but they are a little overpriced. They include cracklings that are prepared with their specific cueritos, Maruchans, meringues, wings, cotton candy, and fruit cocktails.
As the people step their feet inside the pool, the overall ambiance of the pool is beyond explanation. If the weather looks like it would rain and with the raindrops falling, the water splashing becomes even more enjoyable.
Also with the little entrance fee, the children along with their families can visit the spa’s plastic zoo. The zoo houses ducks, inflatable crocodiles, and whales. The children would relish at the sight of the quacking ducks paddling in the ponds with their little ones and throw towards them permissible food items. In the center, there is the lively gushing fountain that breathes in the feeling of vitality and abundance in every visiting individual.
Thus, the overall mood of the place is full of life which serves as a wonderful respite from the tiresome city centered monotonous routines. On the corners behind the trees, there are cute intimate sights of lovebirds stealing kisses, the kids running and becoming mischievous in the green areas and the family is enjoying a good laugh as they much their snacks.
