Greetings Steemit!

I am AMP3083. You might know me from my YouTube channel under the same name. There, I promote a range of comedians and speakers who talk about philosophy, spirituality, drugs, religion, politics, anarchy, voluntaryism and many more. Stop by there if you haven't already. I update daily.

I'm not much of a writer/blogger and I know this platform is mainly for that so I'll do my best to put together ideas and share them with you.

I intentionally left out some information about me even though this is supposed to be an introduction. I would rather give out such information in the form of Q&A. So, if you want to know something about me, just ask in the comment section. Thanks for reading and I'm glad to be a part of this community.

Way t' be, bub! Great to see you here!

I have a question: What were your favorite toys growing up?

Thanks, B.

Oh, boy. Where can I start? I loved playing with all kinds of action figures - from aliens to Ninja Turtles, GI Joe and Beetlejuice. Of course video games were the in-thing too so that became part of my childhood, if we can even call video games toys. Water guns and BB guns were also fun. Good times.

Awesome. Big GI Joe and TMNT guy here as well. I had the most toys from those two collections. When I was younger it was cars, Smurfs, Star Wars and He-Man, then WWF Wrestlers and Transformers.

Along the way I had some Bravestar, Marvel Secret Wars, Bionic 6, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, Dick Tracy, Voltron... Madballs and their related figures were cool too. I had an Atari, Commodore 64 and NES. My cousin had Sega, and my friend had Intellivision. Great times.

I've still got most of my stuff, and have added on through the years.

Neat collection! Oh, and I also had Batman and X-Men figures too. I wish I had kept all of mine, including all the original gaming systems like Sega Master System, NES, SNES, Game Gear & Game Boy. My brother had a Sega Genesis. I can't even remember if I had an Atari. I probably did because I remember having that joystick. But the memory of it is so vague. It's sad knowing those days are over. It's all but a memory. At least we got to experience them.

I think our generation was the last days of what I will call "sandbox play", which I actually did with my friends, we played in the sandbox with our GI Joes. I don't know if this generation of kids do that anymore. It's all texting these days.
