Android February Security Update

This morning I was excited to see that my Pixel 2 XL updated to the Android 8.1 February security update. Every time I get one of these I am happy to be a Pixel user, as I know most of the Android community won't see these fixes for a while. There don't appear to be any feature changes this release, just a lot of general under-the-hood improvements and security fixes for Android itself, and a couple improvements specific to Pixel devices.
