Android usage
Have you ever felt your hands aching, for no reason at all? or your neck and even maybe your back?
It could be because of over use of mobile phone.
I got it and experimented by using it less and did notice the ache ebbing away slowly. However, power outages and other personal chores prevents me from using the PC and so have to rely on the mobile.
Health is important and so I have stopped playing games and only use it to check on discord and steemit.
What steps do you take to prevent mobile over use? Has it succeeded?
A decade ago, people did not rely so much on their mobiles like now. now, it is as important as the breathing. I am sure most of us take the mobile to bed, check on it after waking up and even use it while eating and traveling - if not driving or on public transport.
It is time, mobile phone usage is reduced.It is a personal decision but one we should take in order to live a complete life.
I am on the computer a lot when I am at home but now, I do not look too much at my mobile phone. I live in a beautiful place and also prefer to look where I am walking.
