I love cockatiels and yours look very well, not like they are drawing their own feathers.
But they need as much space like the green ones.
Just a suggestion.

hey guy...so many birds in a little cage...thats not natural.....
but you get an upvote because i love birds.....but dont ceep them in this little cage--thats like jale......

Those are bird rise by my uncle well he is preparing a large cage for them for more space
However nothing good as freedom .
