Photograph: @bim.scoutingWell...all friends. The Cow's picture above is a wild cow species in my province of Aceh. In the sense that the Cow is released into the realm of the thirst for self-feeding, unlike most other beef cattle that are nurtured and fed on a scheduled basis.
For the people of Aceh, the beef cattle that are left to roam the wild is preferable to the Cow's special beef to be used as Beef Cattle, although the price is much more expensive, ranging from 140,000 to 180,000 rupiah per kilogram.
Yes...the cow is often called local beef meat is more supple and does not have too much fat than imported cattle.
