Falcon flying above my head
As you migh already know i live a bit outside of Linz and there i have the luck to have a forrest and wild nature directly in front of my homeplace. So i have the opportunity to find small birds, squirrels, deer and even middle sized birds like the falcon directly in front of my home door. I just need to walk a couple of meters and i have the pure nature here. In summer i can also find butterflies and other insects living here. A day after the farmer cuts the grass here there are a lot of predators like the falcon looking for some easy catch or dead animals that where cought by the tractor.

When the wind has the correct lift, birds like this falcon can stay in the same spot for several seconds or even minutes before hunting down to their prey. So if you watch them you have several opportunities to get some great pictures with a long lense, of course.
