Maca común - Rollandia rolland White-tufted Grebe
I bring another small inhabitant of the rural area where I live, Mar del Plata, Argentina.
It is the smallest of the divers in the area. Its life passes mainly in the water, leaving this in few occasions and generally to raise the nest. Its natural habitat is freshwater lakes, from sea level to about 4,500 m altitude. It is found mainly in Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Chile, Argentina.

Es el más pequeño de los zambullidores de la zona. Su vida transcurre principalmente en el agua, saliendo de ésta en contadas ocasiones y generalmente para subir al nido. Su hábitat natural son lagos de agua dulce, desde el nivel del mar hasta cerca de 4.500 m de altitud, Se encuentra principalmente en Perú, Bolivia, Paraguay, Chile, Argentina.
