I am overdue for a feral cat post, so here is a photo of the cat dubbed "Little Fluffy". Here you can clearly see his tipped ear, signifying that he was neutered and returned to the colony some time in the past.

It is a colony of feral / homeless cats, and there are many cats eating at once, so the food gets spread around a bit on this concrete pad where they like to lounge. They feel safer inside the fence (which they can easily go under).
