It seems to have decided to go hitchhiking to warm countries, we have already somehow become cool.

In fact, garden snails will spend the winter there, where they were born. They will dig a hole in their sole muscular leg, settle in it more comfortably, close the leaves with fallen leaves, plug the hole in the shell with mucus and fall asleep until spring. In hibernation, they can spend up to six months.
But while they are still active. Just not sociable. I did not buy my promises to treat me with a pie (“a snail, a snail, stick out my horns, I'll give you a pie!”) Nor an amber stuck to a raspberry leaf,

and none of this three snails.

Only the smallest was hungrier.

And maybe not the most. Curls on the shell "speak" about the age of the snails: the young ones have two curls, those who are older - up to five. True, such long-livers are hardly found in nature. And thank God! Otherwise, what would be left of our gardens and gardens. The appetite of these gastropods is excellent.
