Angel & Ponyo - Animal Photography

I have recently discovered the awesome account @crypt0-cats and can't wait to see lots of cute kitties on their page! But it made me realise as much as I love cats I rarely post any photographs of my own! Well let me introduce them to you! Here is Ponyo, we got her from a small village in the UK when she was a kitten, she was the only fluffy kitten in the litter and we fell in love with her instantly. As you can tell from her expression she thinks she owns the place! She is very pampered and only allows you to cuddle her on her terms! Ponyo is such a character and is actually really affectionate, although don't tell her I told you that!

4 years ago we were taking a break from work at a country pub when this cat came to sit on my knee. She was badly hurt on her paws and didn't look very well looked after. She was loving the affection we gave her so asked the pub if she had a home, they replied saying that they had been trying to home her for over a year but no one wanted her. She had a bed in a soil flower bed and lived on scraps from the pub. We said that if she was still here when we were done with work we would take her. Luckily she was, so we took her home, she gladly came into our car and has since been the most amazing affectionate cat ever. We called her Angel after the pub we found her at "The Angel Inn". After a few vet trips she is healthier than ever and we can't imagine not having her in our lives, she really is our little Angel! Here she is enjoying some snow we had!
