I love dachsies, though I've never owned one. I may well do so once my current oldest dog moves on to greener pastures.

They may be small, but they are incredibly tough and brave - these are no Toy Poms or Pekingese! They are also doggedly loyal (sorry, I couldn't help myself), even by dog standards. And so cute!
