Tiger the Largest Species Among the Cats
Kids often love to see these animals in the zoo as they look attractive to them. Tiger have very beautiful dark patterns on their reddish-fur that's why they are most unique and attractive cats.
We often see Lion hunting on our T.V but very little is known about tiger and their species are also endanger. They hunt different animals like barasingha , nilgai , chital and sambar deer. They also like to hunt other predators like wild dog and crocodiles. They weigh around 90 kg but they do not have much effect on the population of other animals.

Tiger and lion are both among the five big cats (the other three being the jaguar, leopard, and snow leopard) and are apex predators — they have no predators of their own and reside at the top of their food chain.

As a zookeeper, there is a vast amount of information out there for the Tiger and I recently wrote about them in my Endangered Species series of you would like to learn more about them. There is even a whole reintroduction program ongoing right now in Russia that is only capable of the amazing results due to the available knowledge.
