No, the coffee in the university canteen comes in a big steel dispenser and we take this "plastic glass" from the side and fill it up and pay them 50 cents. It has been using this for many years though it someone order iced coffee, they will make it inside probably from the same dispenser using a bigger "plastic glass" if you are drinking it there.
