Instead i eat Mostly Fruits (80%), with some Nuts and Seeds (20%)

More importantly than strength and a good physique, having clean Healthy organs and a virtually indestructible skeletal system has made my Journey one of complete and Holistic Health that I am externally grateful for

And it's all cruelty free, which means I am doing this while not supporting/funding the Largest on-going Holocaust in Human History, That of the Animal Kingdom
