... porzione abbastanza abbondante di pasta al ragù. Il ragù logicamente fatto in casa , carne bovina e suina lasciata rosolare con un bel trito di sedano carote e cipolla successivamente cotta nella salsa di pomodoro per 2 ore. Giustamente il tutto accompagnato da una spolverata di parmigiano.
Questo piatto mi ricorda casa ed è per questo che lo cucino molto spesso, mi tira su di morale.

Quarantine Day 34
Today at lunch I made a nice pretty hearty portion of pasta with sauce. The logically homemade sauce, beef and pork left to brown with a nice chopped celery carrot and onion later cooked in the tomato sauce for 2 hours. Rightly all accompanied by a sprinkling of parmesan.
This dish reminds me of home and that's why I cook it very often, it cheers me up.
