... orning. I wrapped it and then took it with me on the bicycle to my friend @s3rg3. For dinner we finished it on his grill and made the skin crispy. It was delicious. It’s another great raceday and the F1 race is yet to start! good times!
Ok I'm gonna order me some spare ribs at https://www.burgertimedenhaag.nl/ I only had frikandellen with tomatosoup to eat after seeing this again... I want meat. 🙈

nice! I like Mash. The pork belly is actually also very easy to make in the oven and is about 5-6 euro per kg. Also tasty with Mash!

That looks fantastic!!! If there are leftovers (who am I kidding), pork belly burnt ends are a good way to keep the flavour going.
