... here on Appics, it feels more private. I usually feel a bit shy towards my own birthdays. Not sure if that is something anti social or not. Really appreaciate my family for preparing a celebration for me. I have this recognition fear. Usually, I like to stay a bit low profiled and so far been successful for years having no Facebook or Instagram wishes. Only my best friend knew about it. My wife also has the same personality. Well, we both usually like to keep it simple and I guess living a day after today is a gift itself. Being with my family is a blessing. Nowadays, I don't really feel the need of materialistic stuff. How many pairs of legs do I have? I used to buy a lot of branded shoes and stuff like that but come to think of it. I don't have that many feet. Nowadays, even if it's tempting for me to get a new pair of sneakers, I just think of those pairs which I still have. The joy of owning something useless but trendy wears down after just weeks of owning them but if that something was useful, that joy would last. I hope to give more to this world if I can rather than take whenever the opportunity comes.
