It would be an option and then MultiPost back into the chains. I think that the SE/HE Team would create pegged options and Converters for you to get access to open trade again pretty fast. But the costs would also be a big thing. You would need dozens of 100GB RAM Servers across the globe to run it. If there would be crowdfunding, I'd be in with 100-200bucks - No Questions asked.
True but than appics would be really independent. Everybody has to learn from the past, there is no guarantee that this won't happen again right? A good investment and everything goes well....
Would be the best and as I stated, I'd buy into a real crowdfunding (no ICO B$) anytime of the day.
