Refreshing salad for a scorching sunny day!

This simple salad is consist of cucumber, lettuce and apple slices. A salad dressing is not a must but it adds taste to salad.
Most often I enjoyed eating plain salad, without salad dressing or anything, but since my friend prepared it for me, I most appreciated it.
