Yeah! And the other upside is that the power is slowly rearranged since perhaps some whales powered down and quited steem.
More dolphins and minnows is better for a fair network in my opinion.
Oh I totally agree. Like real life, when people are more equal, and the power is distributed, it works better for everyone.
