ganz mein Motto seit mehr als 25 Jahren. Und zwar seit dem Moment als ich bemerkte, das Geld (auch mit Ketchup und Majo) einfach nichts zum Essen ist.
Das Umstellen der Ernährung habe ich keinen Tag bereut.
