Apple Releases AirPods 2, AirPods 3, AirPods Pro, and AirPods Max Software Update

Apple, the American technology titan, has unveiled its new AirPods firmware upgrade. Apple AirPods 2, AirPods 3, AirPods Pro, and AirPods Max will receive firmware version 4E71, which is said to increase the devices' performance. The 4C165 firmware was used in the AirPods Pro, AirPods Pro, and AirPods Max. The firmware for the AirPods 3 was published in December of last year, and it was version 4B66 at the time.

The 2nd generation AirPods, AirPods Pro, and AirPods Max will all be updated to firmware version 4E71. Firmware version 4E71 for the 3rd generation AirPods has also been released, which is an update from firmware version 4C170, which was launched in January of this year.

Apple does not provide any notes or information regarding the changes that come with the latest firmware upgrade. While there is no set method for updating the firmware for AirPods, it is usually done via OTA.
