Accept that everyone
Even if everyone doesn't approve of you. Even if they don't. And if they judge. This is not your debt, you owe it to yourself. Accept everyone. Stop being angry because they haven't changed.
And you don't blame yourself for not changing. Everyone has the test, the same or different as ours, so don't be so stuck with your mind, people who don't.
Do not break the record of taking responsibility by saying that I do everything
One of the things I regret is that I didn't say no to any help requests. Maybe young, quite energetic, but the day is still 24 hours and only 7 days a week. Don't waste your time and energy at the expense of putting yourself in the background. Know your limits, take sufficient responsibility. You can't be anywhere and at any time.
And there's the other side. Okay, when you calculate your strength, you will help others, but there is one. The idea of getting out of things that we have not succeeded and also wasting time and energy in vain, never getting results.
Give up the idea that there is something that insults you. Assistance in the workplace, at school and in the family can only strengthen relationships.
