Nowadays people are struggling with many psychological diseases that cause obstacles on a daily basis in their lives. Some of the obstacles include communication, transparency, relationships with others, and many other struggles.

A possible cause for some stressors is going against their natural behavior . In today's society, we are expected to keep up with the trends set by supermodels, rock stars and the media.

The affects that media has had on our children, adolescents, teens and even adults is astounding. Generations have been brainwashed by the media, supermodels, magazines, rock stars and so on into being something they're not. Unfortunately when we don't meet the standards set by the media and society, we become depressed, anxious and obsessed with what we're not.

To solve this disheartening issue we must do what makes us happy. It's important to be ourselves and as long as it doesn't harm anyone else and is legal. We are all incredible people that can offer so much to society with our own skills, attributes and personalities. Just be yourself and people will love you for you. No need to stress the small stuff in life, live it to the fullest.
