Located in Quito, Ecuador, this Roman Catholic church was absolutely gorgeous both inside and out. From atop you have a view of the city. Between the two clocks you can see the Virgin of Panecillo in the distance. The view was simply amazing and well worth the visit. I was unable to find out what the two different time settings are. My best guess would be local time and the time in Rome. But again, that's just a guess as the minutes are different too.
Either way a must see when visiting the city of Quito.
