Very nice architecture. Nice to know that your country still preserve it. It is a bell at the same time clock tower. Is the clock still working? Is this tower near a church, that's why it has a bell?
It used to be a big Cathedral.
In Soviet times, almost everything was destroyed. The bell tower was left.
The clock still works.
That's a nice piece of history and it's amazing that the clock still works.
