Green On The Churches
In Search of Green in Central Hove
Inspired by an "in search of green" post earlier I thought I'd take a walk around my neighbourhood and see what I could see.
Coming up to Spring in the UK, there's quite a lot of green around so I decided to just post a set of shots taken around some local Churches.

My favourite is this one of the green foliage decoration that must have been put up for the Services at St Andrew's. Included are some pretty Spring flowers and little chicks. I like the contrast with the bright blue door.

The far lawn is actually roped off at the moment due to it being really muddy from all the rain. 😢

And this is probably my second favourite - moss? on the sandstone of All Saints' Church. I like the texture.

I love, love, love the blue door and the greenery around it. St. John's Church is absolutely fantabulous!! No two ways about it! Moss on the gate? Be real!! I want it on mine! Call me weird, but cemeteries have a strange allure to me... not that I want to go there anytime soon, but... I do like them. And moss on anything is forever love of mine.
So probably about the same as yours... But I love'm all!

I'm a big fan of moss and old church yards too. I particularly like that this one is in the middle of the city.

Yes!!! In the middle of the city makes the cit appear so much more peaceful to me. All that still life surrounding... I am a huge fan of moss, there is such a beauty about it.

Well, it looks like you found more green than you would around these parts! St. Patty's or no, there wasn't much green to be had here.
